Individual therapy sessions are our confidential, collaborative meetings designed to support you . Each session is approximately 50-minutes in length. You might work on understanding patterns in your behavior, managing stress or anxiety, processing past trauma, improving communication, or developing coping strategies. I will ask questions, offer reflections, teach skills, or gently challenge unhelpful thinking — all at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 18 years of experience supporting individuals through trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, and depression. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care and an understanding of how trauma lives not just in the mind, but in the nervous system.

I specialize in working with women who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in survival mode. Using evidence-based, compassionate approaches, I create a supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to reconnect with a sense of safety and balance in your body.

Therapy with me is not about pushing through or “fixing” yourself — it’s about honoring your experiences, building regulation and resilience, and moving toward healing at a pace that feels right for you.
